We do not provide financial, legal, or professional travel advice.

Hotel reservations are fulfilled through trusted third-party consolidators. For many bookings, the transaction on your bank statement may appear under the supplier’s name, including but not limited to:

“RATEHAWK” – This is normal.

Third-party suppliers may have their own rules, cancellation policies, or requirements. By booking with HeyVacay, you agree to comply with all applicable supplier terms.

HeyVacay strives to find the best available rates based on the information you provide. However:

• Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Savings are not guaranteed and depend on supplier inventory.

• Submitting a form does not lock in any price until payment is successfully processed.

In V1, all payments are processed manually through secure payment links sent by our team.

Your payment information is encrypted and handled exclusively by our payment processor.

HeyVacay does not store or retain full credit card numbers.

Charge descriptions may reflect the supplier’s name (e.g., “RATEHAWK”).

By completing a payment, you authorize HeyVacay to book travel services on your behalf.

Cancellation and refund policies are entirely dependent on the hotel or supplier associated with your reservation.

Some reservations may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

If a booking is refundable, it is refundable excluding credit card processing fees.

Amendments or modifications are subject to supplier approval and availability.

HeyVacay will assist in submitting cancellation or modification requests but cannot guarantee approval.

You are responsible for ensuring that all traveler information, dates, spelling, hotel details, and room preferences are accurate before submitting payment.

Any incorrect information may affect your reservation or pricing.

HeyVacay provides services “as-is” without any warranties—express or implied.

We are not responsible for:

– Hotel conditions, service quality, or guest experience

– Supplier errors, overbookings, or cancellations

– Acts of nature, travel restrictions, delays, or other events beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to HeyVacay for the specific reservation.

We only collect the information needed to process and manage your reservation.

This includes names, emails, phone numbers, trip details, and uploaded price screenshots.

We do not sell personal information.
